| What
Everyone is Saying about Triple
Threat |
"Many
Styles" promises to be a new chapter
for the hip hop DJ, the art form's foundation.
Eric Arnold
Triple Threat set off mini-earthquakes
during every live show. These hip-hop
artists drop vinyl on turntables and
bulldoze existing songs into new sonic
temples. Triple Threat members have
elevated themselves to DJ royalty.
Rob Runett,
The Washington Times
Triple
Threat DJs Shortkut, Apollo, and Vinroc
are among the most revered DJs in the
world. With three world titles and over
45 years of live DJ experience between
them, Triple Threat perpetrates an eclectic
mix of genres with cutting edge turntable
trickery, inciting instant dance floor
madness. Ink
19 This
album represents REAL hip-hop.
Bahamadia, First Lady of Hip Hop
This
is a sick album 1 it has so many of
the elements of hip hop, and some of
the best artists, that keep me believing
in the progression of hip hop music,
sick beats and solid vocals.
Alex Moulton,
Eye Ball Media
Triple Threat best symbolizes what Galactic
has been about since its inception:
using the soul vocabulary to explore
new sounds and grooves, and making a
non-stop party of it. Galactic
Triple Threat has been an important
influence on the DJ community. Their
live show exposes the importance of
all the aspects of DJing. While most
"turntablist" soley focus
on skill while there on stage, Triple
Threat has brought the emphasis back
to record selection and takes there
audience through a musical journey that
all fans of good music can appreciate.
Triple Threat is the definition of a
well rounded DJ collective.
